Rates
Daily: $50 (all-inclusive)
Weekly: $240 (all-inclusive)
Monthly: $330 + electricity
($50 electric deposit; usage billed monthly on the 1st)
Note: Monthly stays require a one-month minimum. First payment due at reservation. A driver’s license and credit card are required for automatic payments.

All reservations for extended stays require $50.00 and the first month’s balance is nonrefundable. A two-week notice is appreciated when departing.
